The product line offers a low-cost and quick delivery alternative to custom systems and can satisfy a variety of parts cleaning requirements. The ProCon line is offered in 42 configurations with conveyor belt widths of 12", 18" and 30", ranging from single-stage to three-stage systems that are available as ambient or heated. The standard washer configurations include a 10-week delivery time guarantee, and the company also offers financing options. Standard options include tube axial exhaust, mist eliminator, blow-off, oil skimmer and bag filtration. Base models can be cus- tomized and tailored to specific process requirements. :: International Thermal Systems LLC Ultrasonic Equipment with Programmable Cycle Feature Omegasonics has further enhanced its 3D support structure clean- ing equipment lineup, the 1900BTX, with a programmable cycle that provides for complete hands-free cleaning. Not only can cycle times be programmed, but now they can be repeated when necessary. The 1900BTX safely and effectively cleans parts and removes 3D mold support structure ultrasonically with agitation. However, depending on the complexity of the part, it can sometimes take multiple cycles to clean an item thoroughly. This new enhance- ment automates this process. The company upgraded the 1900BTX to make it easier to operate and save the operator time. It is no longer necessary to check the machine and reschedule a cycle. Now, multiple cycles can be easily programmed to clean items even more thoroughly. :: Omegasonics. 800-669-8227, Wash, Rinse and Blow-Off Machine The LeanDrum Eco Washer from Ransohoff, a division of Clean- ing Technologies Group LLC, is designed to provide a low cost, energy efficient solution for a high-volume cleaning application.
