Whether vertical or horizontal machining, whether single or multi clamping, there is a model that fits your needs. Makro-Grip Stamping Technology The form-closure technology is a Lang exclusive. The workpiece is stamped outside of the machine tool with up to 20 tons of hydraulic pressure, before being clamped in the Makro-Grip five-axis vise. Clamping scenarios that require high holding power, but where the danger of workpiece deforma- tion exists, can be mastered with the stamping process. Clean-Tec Cleaning Fan Clean-Tec provides efficient, automatic in-process cleaning of workpieces and fixtures. It is perfectly suited for cleaning pallets and workpieces prior to their automated removal. It is stored like a common tool and selected automatically via a CNC program and helps save expensive compressed air. Its fiberglass compound steel center core can be clamped in every common shank that is 20 mm or 3 / 4 " in diameter.
