Actual revisions of RoHS, ELV, REACH directives limit the content of lead to a maximum of 0.4 percent on aluminum alloys. The future trend is to revise this limit with the goal to be lead free. Eural Gnutti has anticipated the future restrictions of such directives, creating the 6026LF by Eural lead free. This alloy is extremely versatile due to its medium to high mechanical properties, with good anodizing, weldability, and forging properties as well as good corrosion resistance. It is suitable for components used in industries such as automotive, electric and valves, hydraulic, pneumatic and defense.
