NTRX-300 5-axis machining and turning center The latest B-Axis tool spindle machine from Nakamura-Tome, the NTRX-300 is a very heavy-duty machine with full twin spindles and a robust tool spindle. Featuring the new Smart X control from Nakamura using Windows 8 software and a unique built-in load/ unload device; a built in automation system and a compact footprint make this machine an unbeatable value. Features: ■ 12,000 RPM / 25 HP tool spindle ■ 3.15" bar capacity on both spindles ■ 30 HP direct drive spindles ■ True 5-axis capability FANUC 31i-B5 control ■ Built-in automation load/ unload system ■ 40 tool ATC (80 & 120 opt.) ■ 25.19" maximum turning diameter PX-30i & YBM 9150 The PX30i features YASDA's own in-house built, direct-drive spindle with self adjusting preload, a robust bridge structure that provides high rigidity for precision machining, and the machine table and work envelope that are sized for ease- of-operation. The PX30i features 33 pallet positions, (32 pallet positions storage and 1 in the work zone) and a 314 capacity ATC, creating an exceptionally versatile 5-axis machining center. The YBM 9150 is an excellent selection for mold base applications. The symmetrical bridge style construction offers versatile machining performance and utmost in accuracy. Yasda's exclusive self-adjusting spindle pre-load technology provides high pre-load at low speeds and reduces the pre- load at higher speeds as the spindle bearings thermally increase. A thermal distortion stabilizing system exchanges heat throughout the machine main structure; bridge and saddle, and spindle head.
