Inline Analytical
Technology Optimizes
Cleaning, Coating
and Quenching
For reliable online bath monitoring, the Liqui-
Sonic analytical technology from SensoTech
monitors processes in degreasing, preserva-
tives or quenching baths continuously and
in real time. The LiquiSonic sensors are
installed directly into baths or pipes of any
size and measure precisely the concentra-
tion of cleaning, anti-corrosive or quenching
agents. This makes an immediate and exact
replenishment possible to ensure an optimum
process performance and product quality.
Cost savings can be realized by avoiding over-
and under-dosing.
The LiquiSonic sensors also determine
the contamination degree when cleaning
baths. This enables the efcient control of
bath changes, optimizing the component
cleanliness while saving resources. The
LiquiSonic technology is based on sonic
velocity measurement, providing accurate
measurement results that are updated every
second. Because of the robust design, the
sensors are maintenance-free, with long-
term stability, the company says.
