guides aid users in selecting the correct
plug and play Icarus mist collector to ft
their application needs.
The Icarus is a low energy, static or
electrostatic mist collector that removes
oil mist, vapor and smoke from machine
tools. All of the company's mist collectors
exceed government requirements for workplace health and safety as
established by NIOSH and in OSHA standard 1910.1000 Table Z-1.
These mist collectors are available in three sizes, ranging from
395-1,115 cfm, with two standard confgurations each (fltration
efciencies from 95 percent to 99.5 percent) supplied with washable
defector and metallic pre-flter, the Ecoflter Green, a customized
fnal fltration level of F9 or H13 or with electrostatic cells. The Ecoflter is a flter that is 100 percent natural, eco-compatible with high
efciencies for a longer after-flter life.
