It's designed to minimize non-cutting time to yield high productivity. With quick tool changes and fast feed rates, the HiT Series provides optimum base speed for aluminum machining while enhancing the user convenience and machining optimization though various add-on functions. D2-5AX The easily automated mid-sized 5-axis machining center allows for afford- able universal machining or full 5-axis contouring, equipped with software technology developed by Hwacheon to increase efficiency. The 50-hp spindle RPM options range from 12,000 to 24,000 rpm. The D2-5AX provides productivity and accuracy all in one. Vesta 1000+ The Vesta-1000+ is designed to be user-friendly. It is equipped with Hwacheon's technologies such as productivity enhancement software (HECC, HTLD and Optima) and preci- sion enhancement software (HTDC and HAI), allowing for enhanced machining performance. With the standard 12,000 rpm, 25 hp, 30 tools, through spindle coolant, chip conveyor, probe interface, air dryer and UL Certification, this machine is ready to run out of the box.
