Cincom L20 Series Simultaneous complex machining is easily managed with the L20 Swiss- type lathes. Three models ranging from a five-axis machine with excellent cost performance to a high-end machine equipped with a B axis and back spindle Y axis offer unrivalled versatility. Two types of gang tool post, five types of opposite tool post and three types of back tool post are available. All models offer the flexibility of operating with or without the guide bushing. In addition, accessories (such as the Laser L2000, CAV bar loaders, whirling units, cutting heads, and so on) configured specifically for use with Cincom, enhances the ability to make precision parts quickly and efficiently. Miyano BNA-42MSY2 A fixed headstock CNC lathe configured with two spindles and one turret, and equipped with a Y axis and X2 axis, is able to handle complex machining with short cycle times and fast setups. This 42-mm super turning center includes a more powerful Mitsubishi M70 control that comes standard with a multitude of CNC features. Its half-position turret indexing mechanism offers 16-station tooling availability. In addition, the X2 axis to subspindle enables simultaneous independent machining of the front and back of the workpiece. This, in effect, provides the benefits of a twin turret machine with the significant cost savings of a single turret model.
