NEWS CW North America Buys Drake Manufacturing Services On Aug. 8, following a three-month receivership, a U.S. Federal Court Judge issued an order to approve the sale of the assets of Drake Manufacturing Services Co., LLC and its affiliated companies to Drake Manufacturing Acquisition LLC, which is owned by CW North America Inc. A strategic partnership with Drake and CW Bearing Group, a bearing manufac- turer, will allow Drake to continually serve its customer base wherever it is located. Following the acquisition, taking care of employees, customers and vendors are a priority for company leadership. Drake will continue to operate from its current loca- tion in Warren, Ohio, with plans to bring back all employees who have been tempo- rally laid-off during this difficult time. :: Drake Manufacturing Services Co.
