It is a portable, on site, solvent distillation system that recycles the solvent in one or multiple parts washers for continuous reuse. According to the company, StillClean uses distillation, providing clean solvent all while avoiding costly solvent service contracts and helping to keep expenses associated with solvent purchases under control. StillClean turns any solvent washer into a solvent recycling system at a fraction of the cost of all-in-one systems. StillClean is said to separate oils and greases from the solvent, returning it to its original state. :: OSI Environmental Inc. 763-428-8775, stillclean.com Ultrasonic Cleaning System Features Two Cleaning Technologies Omegasonics' 1900BTX features two cleaning technologies: a water agitation cleaning process and ultrasonic cavitation. Accord- ing to the company, each operates independently to facilitate the cleaning process, and the unit can clean 3D prototype parts. The 1900BTX is an enhancement to the 1900BT, a 20-gallon, plug and play unit that is a hybrid between traditional benchtop cleaners and portable floor models. The addition of the magnetic drive pump system in the 1900BTX model allows for agitation whereby the turbulence is controlled so parts are not damaged. Inside the tank, the part flows circularly, which aids in dissolving the temporary support structure around the part. The flow and heat are both adjustable because different materials require different pres- sures and temperatures. In addition, the water agitation tank features a directional spray nozzle that lets the user spray parts directly and precisely. The ultrasonic cleaning process generates cavitation energy in- side the bath which creates its own internal pressure that dissolves the support structure for the parts. It uses a non-hazmat cleaning detergent that speeds up the process of removing delicate sup- port material. :: Omegasonics 800-669-8227, omegasonics.com
