Recovers Acids
Bionomic Industries Inc.'s Series 6000
tray scrubber is designed for recover-
ing and re-concentrating acids such as
hydrochloric acid, metal pickling opera-
tions, acetic acid, ammonia and alcohols
from supply and process operations
including a host of other emission
source compounds. This scrubber uses
tray designs in single or multiple stages
for maximum gas absorption using
once-through water at low rates to
absorb and concentrate product in one
step, without the need for recirculation
pumps. This once-through water flow
pattern recovers high vapor pressure concentrated solutions for
reuse in the process.

Cleans Large, Heavy Parts
Omegasonics' PowerLift 4560 is engineered to clean heavy parts
by enabling the operator to lower and lift
parts out of the tank with an assisted
pneumatic lift.
The 120-gallon PowerLift 4560 is
a large-capacity ultrasonic cleaning
system with 6,000 W of peak
ultrasound. The lift is avail-
able with an optional agi-
tation feature controlled
by a touchscreen. Agitation
moves the basket up and
down with a 3" stroke to
remove any loose dirt
remaining in crevices after
the ultrasonic process.
According to the company, the cleaning system is
useful for heavy items such as transmission cases, large castings
and molds, large food processing applications and heat exchangers.
