Through this new partnership, Syracuse Supply/APT Machine Tools adds grinding solutions to its high-end product selection. Syracuse Supply has been a distributor of machine tool solutions in upstate New York since 1885. It is the oldest distribu- torship in the United States, according to the company. The World West Region comprises all the Americas as well as Great Britain. Mr. Ludeking most recently was the U.S. product manager for Walter turn- ing and indexable drilling products. In his new position, he will be responsible for all aspects of marketing in the World West Region, including strategic market- ing planning, marketing communication, regional product management, pricing and market analysis. After completing his bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering at the University of Michigan, Mr. Ludeking began his career in carbide manufacturing engineering at Valenite. He also completed his master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering as he continued his career as process engineer- ing manager, R&D; manager and then moving into product management.
